Publication Ethics

Section A: Publication and Authorship

1. All submitted manuscripts must undergo a rigorous peer-review process conducted by national reviewers who are experts in the relevant field.
2. The review process is conducted using a single-blind peer review system.
3. Factors considered in the review process include relevance, suitability with the journal’s focus and scope, significance, originality, readability, and language quality.
4. Possible editorial decisions include acceptance, acceptance with revisions, or rejection.
5. If authors are encouraged to revise and resubmit their manuscripts, there is no guarantee that the revised manuscript will be accepted.
6. Rejected articles will not be re-reviewed.
7. Acceptance of manuscripts is subject to applicable legal requirements regarding defamation, copyright infringement, and plagiarism.
8. No research may be included in more than one publication.

Section B: Author Responsibilities

1. Authors must declare that their manuscript is their original work.
2. Authors must confirm that the manuscript has not been previously published elsewhere.
3. Authors must confirm that the manuscript is not currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
4. Authors must participate actively in the peer-review process.
5. Authors are obliged to provide retractions or corrections of errors when necessary.
6. All authors listed in the manuscript must have made significant contributions to the research.
7. Authors must declare that all data presented in the manuscript are real and authentic.
8. Authors must inform the Editor of any potential conflicts of interest.
9. Authors must properly acknowledge all sources used in the preparation of the manuscript.
10. Authors must report any significant errors discovered in their published work to the Editor.

Section C: Reviewer Responsibilities

1. Reviewers must maintain the confidentiality of all information regarding the manuscripts and treat them as privileged information.
2. Reviews should be conducted objectively without personal criticism of the authors.
3. Reviewers should express their views clearly with supporting arguments.
4. Reviewers should identify relevant published work that has not been cited by the authors.
5. Reviewers should also inform the Editor-in-Chief if they identify any substantial similarity or overlap between the manuscript under consideration and any other published paper known to them.
6. Reviewers should not review manuscripts in which they have conflicts of interest resulting from competitive, collaborative, or other relationships with the authors, companies, or institutions connected to the manuscript.

Section D: Editor Responsibilities

1. Editors have full responsibility and authority to accept or reject a manuscript.
2. Editors are responsible for the overall content and quality of the publication.
3. Editors should always consider the needs of authors and readers when striving to improve the publication.
4. Editors must ensure the quality of manuscripts and the integrity of the academic record.
5. Editors should publish corrections or errata when necessary.
6. Editors should have a clear understanding of research funding sources.
7. Editorial decisions must be based solely on the importance, originality, clarity, and relevance of the manuscript to the journal’s scope.
8. Editors should not reverse their decisions or overturn previous editorial decisions without serious justification.
9. Editors must preserve the anonymity of reviewers.
10. Editors must ensure that all published research material complies with internationally accepted ethical guidelines.
11. Editors should only accept manuscripts when reasonably certain of their academic merit.
12. Editors should take action if they suspect misconduct, whether a manuscript is published or not, and make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue.
13. Editors should not reject manuscripts solely based on suspicion; evidence of misconduct must be provided.
14. Editors must not allow any conflicts of interest between staff, authors, reviewers, and editorial board members.
