Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The manuscript has not been previously published and is not currently under consideration for publication in another journal (or an explanation has been provided in the Comments to the Editor).
  • The manuscript file is submitted in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document format.
  • Online-accessible references have been provided with their corresponding URLs.
  • The manuscript is typed in single spacing, using 12-point font. Italics are used instead of underlining (except for URL addresses), and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points rather than being grouped separately at the end of the manuscript.
  • The manuscript follows the formatting style and bibliographic requirements specified in the Author Guidelines.
