Patients undergoing hemodialysis may experience various complications, including poor sleep quality that leads to fatigue, which in turn decreases their quality of life. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between sleep quality and fatigue with quality of life among patients undergoing hemodialysis at Undata Regional Hospital, Central Sulawesi Province. This study employed a quantitative approach with a descriptive analytic method and a cross-sectional design. The total population consisted of 64 patients who were actively undergoing hemodialysis therapy, and all 64 patients were selected as respondents using a total sampling technique. The respondents included 43 women (67.2%) and 21 men (32.8%). The results of the Chi-square test showed a significant association between sleep quality and quality of life (p = 0.000 < α = 0.05). There was also a significant association between fatigue and quality of life (p = 0.047 < α = 0.05). Statistical analysis indicated significant relationships between sleep quality and fatigue with quality of life. These findings suggest that sleep quality and fatigue are significantly associated with the quality of life of patients undergoing hemodialysis in the hemodialysis unit at Undata Regional Hospital, Central Sulawesi Province.
